General Shipping Information

  • Most SOLOS orders ship the same business day if ordered by 12PM Local Time
  • We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • If you need personalized delivery instructions, choose delivery times and dates, or hold/redirect packages and mention in the comments of your order. 
  • Most orders ship via Ground, however very large items or bulk orders will ship via a freight carrier. Smaller items,such as cables or small products, usually ship express service.

Shipping within Europe

We ship products across all of European Union. We provide VAT Tax Numbers also for reclaim. We don't guarantee a delivery timeline as this will depend on the carrier and the country, however we do guarantee the ship date, allowing you to check online the tracking information.
