Q: Why does my standing desk go up when I press the [down] button, and vice versa?

A:  It‘s mainly because you triggered the Anti-collision Systems, the motor will protect itself once it detects obstacles or tilt balance. Especially on the SOLOS Advanced Standing Desk which equipped with enhanced Anti-collision Systems.You may press the “▲” “▼” button for 5 seconds at the same time to switch the sensitivity.The display shows "A-0" is to switch off the Anti-collision features, while "A-1","A-2","A-3" respectively stands for low sensitivity, medium sensitivity and high sensitivity.

Meanwhile, if you have found any functional problems about the controller, we suggest to kindly check all cables connections, then press the “▼” button to the lowest height and hold for 5 seconds, the system will reboot and back to normal.

Q: There is a cable management tray on the bottom of the horizontal supporting beam, I could not find the match screw holes for assembly.

A:Solos keep improving the design of the products for easier assembly and better quality. For the horizontal supporting beam of the new standing desk legs, we designed a new cable management tray which shares the same screw for assembly. Simply insert two sides of the tray into the loosen screws then tighten it to fix. You may find details in the instruction guide come with the package and below as well.

Q: Which desk should I choose from?

A: Solos is specialized in ergonomic office furnitures, with a variety of standing desk choices, including single motor, dual motors; two-stage legs, three-stage legs and L-shaped standing desk. To know more about these differences please check the page here.

Q: How can I adjust from sitting to standing?

A: All SOLOS standing desks come with controller and integrated motors inside the desk legs. You can easily press the button to change the height once the power is on. Besides, it provides you with up to 3 different height memory sets. One click, and you can adjust the desk to your preferred height.

Q: Can I use my own desk top instead of yours?

A: Yes, you may use your own desk top as long as it has a flat surface and right dimension compatible with SOLOS brand standing desk legs. Different models may come with different dimension requirements for the desk top. Solos standard desktop dimension is 55*27 inches

Q: Is it optional to install the casters?

A:It is not necessary to install casters for your standing desk if you do not need to move frequently, but SOLOS offers casters accessories for our customers. It is a box of 4 wheels and compatible with all our standing desk products except the L-shaped desk.

Q: Do you have any local stores where I can test your products?

A: We do not currently have a local store, but we provide a 30 days hassle-free return policy, you could return the product if you are not satisfied with it within 30 days after your purchase. Please kindly notice the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyers.

Q: How many monitors will your desk hold?

A: It depends on the size of your monitors, our standard desk top dimension is 55 x 27 inches, which is compatible with 2 pieces 27 inches standard monitors. 

Q: What desks work well for taller users?

A: All SOLOS standing desk height can be adjusted to around 47" height, and they are friendly to users in all kinds of height. Among all the products, the advanced one's maximum height is 48.2".

Q: How can I assemble a desk?

A: We have detailed assembly guides that are included with your standing desk. It will only take you 10-30 minutes to assemble a SOLOS standing desk by following the guidance. The SOLOS Studio Standing Desk comes with an integrated design which is extremely fast and easy to assembly.

Warranty & Return

Q:Is there a warranty for SOLOS products

A:  Yes, all SOLOS products have a warranty that covers manufacturer defects and quality issues. The standing desk products come with a 5-year warranty, including the motors, controllers, and metal frame.

Q: What is the return policy for your desks?

A: SOLOS standing desks all come with 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with our products. 100% refunds will be processed for products returned undamaged with original packaging.

SOLOS will cover the return shipping costs on products that do not meet our quality standards. The return shipping costs for all other products will be the responsibility of the customer.


Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: We usually ship out at the same day if the order is placed by noon (Pacific Standard Time),with default FedEx shipping, and the standard shipping time within the US is 2-6 business days.

Q: Where do your desks ship from?

A: Currently we have warehouses in the United States, Reno, Nevada and Fremont, California. We will ship out from these places depending on the order contents and inventory.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Sorry, we currently do not provide expedited shipping. However, we use Fedex as our standard shipping.Orders take less than 7 business days for US domestic shipping normally.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: All orders over $100 USD come with free shipping. Orders below $100 USD will be charged a $5.99 USD shipping fee.


Q: Do you accept PO’s?

A:Yes, we do accept PO for order including more than 10 PCS standing desk, or total amount more than $10,000 USD. We have a sales team that handles corporation sales and quantity sales, you may contact us for more information about offline orders.

Q: What are your payment methods?

A: We accept Paypal Express and credit card payment on SOLOS website. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for now.
